Miscarriage in pregnant mothers- Causes, signs, ways to avoid etc!!

The period of pregnancy is not easy for every woman and many women face issues during their pregnancy time. In such a situation, every pregnant mother would want her baby to be born safely. Delivering safely is not a guarantee as pregnant mothers could face miscarriage in her first 3 months.

There are so many reasons why miscarriage would take place in a pregnant mother and these are genetic abnormality, hormone imbalance, abnormality in uterus, disease like BP/thyroid etc, mental as well as physical stress, being obese or underweight etc. Sometimes, taking medicines without consulting the doctor can also cause miscarriage in the pregnant mothers.

Pregnant mothers facing miscarriage then show signs such as lower abdominal pain, fever, bleeding, pelvic pain, vomiting, dizziness etc.

Ways to avoid miscarriage are

Avoid smoking or drinking etc:

Pregnancy is an important period in the lives of every woman. Hence, she must avoid smoking or drinking etc.

Not take medicines without doctor advice:

Pregnant mothers must refrain from taking medicines without the advice of the doctor. Please, be careful.

Intake of water:

Drinking eight to ten glasses of water per day is necessary for a pregnant mother. This would keep her hydrated throughout the day.

Don`t sit in one place:

To avoid miscarriage, pregnant mothers must not sit at a particular place for a long time. That is she must be active and do walking in between.

Avoid lifting heavy objects:

Pregnant mothers must not lift heavy objects or do strenuous work etc. Please take care.

Sleep well:

It is noteworthy that pregnant mothers must sleep well for 6 to 7 hours every night. She must also take rest and sleep during the day for atleast an hour.

Avoid travelliling:

It is very important for the pregnant mothers not to travel during the first 3 months of her pregnancy to avoid miscarriage etc.
