Gold Prices Show Mild Dip, Silver Sees Sharp Rise Today

The price of gold has been fluctuating for the past week, rising one day and falling the next. While the rate dropped on the 21st, it increased again on the 22nd. Day before yesterday, gold was sold at Rs. 11,720 per gram and Rs. 93,760 per sovereign.

Yesterday, prices rose by Rs. 80 per gram and Rs. 640 per sovereign, reaching Rs. 11,800 per gram and Rs. 94,400 per sovereign—crossing the Rs. 94,000 mark once again.

However, gold prices have dipped slightly today.
The price has decreased by Rs. 30 per gram, with gold now selling at:

  • Rs. 11,770 per gram
  • Rs. 94,160 per sovereign

Meanwhile, silver prices have surged significantly.
Silver has increased by Rs. 4 per gram, selling at Rs. 180 per gram, and by Rs. 4,000 per kilogram, now priced at Rs. 1,80,000 per kg.
